Give me Smore Family Fun!

A beautiful fire can't wait to roast them dogs!
Ok, my son does wear a shirt! This is his postage stamp shirt.. He purchased at Good will for 2 bucks.
Yeah, we found something to keep her quiet! The world's biggest marshmallow!
Smores with reese peanut butter cups..ooooh!
It worked for Hannah...Mitch and Kylee be quiet!

Sunday evening we had a fire in our portable fire pit.. Thanks to my mom we are enjoying many fun memories around the fire. I grew up with a fire pit in the backyard and I loved every minute of it. We roasted hot dogs and had chili in the crock pot. I made little fall apple pies for Melissa for her birthday. Roasted the biggest marshmallows in the world! and of course made smores!
Ohhh! Yummy for our tummies!

Aaron's 19th Birthday

We went to Tolmachoff Farms for Aaron's Birthday! Had fun at the pumpkin patch. It was a hot day..Had BBQ ribs & chicken, red mashed potatoes, corn and ice cream pie for dessert. We each picked out a pumpkin.

Hannah's dear friend Victoria is moving to Logan, Utah... Boo Hoo!
They leave on Saturday..So we had a sleepover and the girls had a lot of fun. They made a tent in the living room and slept in it. They decorated little plastic pumpkins with fall paper and glued the paper on the outside. Went swimming at the pool at Mike's work. Temps in Phoenix 95 degrees. Created owl ice cream sandwiches. I got the idea from taste of home magazine.
We are really gonna miss the Headley's.

I have been teaching cooking classes at the community center. These are a few of the fun things we have been creating. I love teaching these classes... each kids food is a work of art!

We started school in August. I have not had my camera because Mike needed it for work. They bought him a camera! Yeah! So now I can get back on track with my blogging...
This was Hannah's first day of school picture. She is learning a poem once a week.
