Spring Training Baseball Game!

We went to a game yesterday for my birthday! It was fun to spend the day with my family...

The weather was great! Tailgated in the parking lot with sub sandwiches and lemon cupcakes. Sat out in left field on the lawn with a blanket and my family. I loved every minute of it!

Ohhhh Murphy!!

This is Hannah's American girl Doll Kit. She is wearing stylish boots that have been swimming in a dog's belly for 24 hours. Let me tell you the story......

Murphy trying to say he was sorry!

Soaking the boots!

Looking sad because he had been a bad Doggie!

Murphy loves socks and cotton balls! I don't know why. He knows how to open Hannah's sock drawer and help himself. He can ring a bell hanging on the door and tell us to let him outside.
Then while we were asleep..... he managed to sneak and gulp down two of Hannah's doll boots. We discovered they were missing after two days of looking. Everybody said, "Murphy!!!" I looked out in the backyard and in a clump were the boots. No, he did not poop them out. I draw the line in retrieving things in poop. He threw them up. Gross! I soaked them in a container with soapy detergent. The plan was to wash them and they would be as good as new. But, he managed to get them out of the container before I could wash them and swallowed them a second time! OK... I tried it again. Man he was trying my patience. He is a wonderful dog but, I don't know why he loves cotton stuff. Ohhhh Murphy!!!

Piglet Babies

I started rocking this little guy and he went to sleep in my arms!

WE arrived at Horse riding Lessons yesterday and Miss Tracy's pot belly pig (Miss Piggy) had her babies. They are a week old. The cutest little creatures I ever did see Ha Ha! They squealed and snorted looking for mama. I love their little smudged, mud, noses. Hannah did not want to leave. Well, either did I. I love going to Miss Tracy's house. I enjoy her farm and she has blessed Hannah with a wonderful experience. I now ride once a month too!

Digging into Plants!

Hannah had neighbor friends over to make Dirt cups with gummy worms cookie sand and chocolate mud pudding! Yummy Dirt cups!!
How do Plants grow? ... With Sunlight, Water, Air, & Soil !!!!

We call these Hairy Larry's. The kids planted grass seed in the soil and have to wait for their Hair to grow....

Hannah experimented with Celery and food coloring to see how plant's roots grab onto water from the soil.

Now we have to wait and see what happens! That is the hardest part of Science... waiting for the results.

Ice Skating

Today we went Ice skating. It was 79 degrees outside and rather chilly in the rink... Ice Den in Scottsdale offers a sweet deal of skating for $5 includes skates. Hannah slid on the ice with her body like a polar bear..and yes she used her skates a little too!
