When they arrived they hardly moved and she was afraid they were dead. She had to wait and observe and before she knew it they began to eat and eat and eat....
Then they began to go to sleep upside down in their cozy chrysalis! Again she had to wait and wait.....Finally they began to emerge into beautiful Painted Lady butterflies...
She sprinkled sugar water on orange blossoms from our tree and placed them in the treehouse...
again she watched and observed ....But she knew she had to let them go!
Finally she had to say goodbye to her butterfly friends.... and they flew away... one landed in our neighbors tree.
We all enjoyed the beauty of God's creation changing right before our eyes. It truly is amazing to see this transformation!
