Blossom Bless her Heart!

Blossom is part of the family!  We love her very much!  The temps in Phoenix can get really hot and almost unbearable for her.  We decided to make her a diaper to bring her in the house for emergencies.  It has worked out really great.  The diaper fits on her vent area and catches the waist.  She doesn't like it very much but she is happy to get some relief from the hot temperatures.  I never knew I would be so attached to this little girl.  She gives a egg every day and they are delicious! For that we are grateful!
We lost our other chicken Dandy lion at the beginning of the summer and it was very sad.  We think she had her eggs back up in her system which caused her to perish.
Murphy has become a great friend to Blossom.  They sit in the yard share veggies together.  Did I ever tell you that Murphy is a gentle giant!

Father's Day 2015

FartLand CafĂ© is now a tradition on Father's Day! Established in 2014
Hannah served her dad restaurant style with  Fresh Bagels and Bacon and eggs.
For dinner we had turkey burger sliders on pretzel buns, baked beans and berry parfaits.
If you know my husband he is famous for his flagilance!
He is SCENT-sational!!

Sewing and Baking

Hannah made this adorable American Girl Horse Pillow.  She had fun sewing it with only a few pokes to the finger! Also we made a chicken pot pie for Margaret the lady we care for.  She loved every bite!

A Servant Heart!

Last Saturday night on the way to church the back tire Blew in the Ford Ranger Truck.
The temperature was about 115 degrees. It was soo Hot!  I noticed A funny sound followed by shaking and the smell of burnt rubber. I look over and a car next to me was pointing at the wheel.  I was so close to the church that I decided to drive about a block to reach the church parking lot.  I pulled into the parking lot and began to call Mike on the phone to tell him what was going on. Within minutes I was followed by two police officers offering to help me.  I told them I was on the phone with my husband but they said not to worry that they would help change the tire.
Thank you Lord for keeping me safe!  Thank you Lord for Blessing me with two Police Officers who had Servant Hearts.

Happy "13th" Birthday Hannah!!

I can't believe Hannah is 13 years old!
This is Kirby a 7 year old Morgan-Arabian horse and is now Hannah's new adventure.  The Johnson family once again is sharing a horse with Hannah. He is so cute.  This horse is  goofy, curious, mischievous, and a handful.  She has been blessed with the privilege of helping to train him.  He loves to jump and has been known to jump over fences with a blink of an eye. Anyway she is learning how to work with him on the ground as well as on his back.  What an experience for her.
I love watching her learn new things.  I love this horse and his personality.  He makes me smile and I have watched the two of them blossom into best friends.  Ha Ha!
It really is a love hate relationship.  He can be so stubborn at times.
Happy birthday Hannah!

Old town Scottsdale!

These pictures were taken in December when Mike's family was visiting.
I wish we had the cooler weather now.  I Love Hannah in this picture.  She
pretended to faint.  What a kid!

The Stallions Volleyball Team

Hannah played Volleyball for the first time this spring.
She really enjoyed it! She had a powerful serve.  She wants to continue to play.
Her number was her dad's same number in football.  She thought that was cool!
Go Stallions!
