Blossom's New Friends!

Blossom our cute Hen thinks she is a dog!  Being raised around Murphy and not a flock has been very interesting. One day our friend Miss Amanda asked if we wanted to adopt two of her hens.  We were excited for Blossom to have some new friends.
It was rough the first week, as she was bossy and did not want to share her yard.
The pecking order began but they are now all are getting along quite nicely.  Murphy too loves them.  He is such a gentle giant.  The white Silky is named Petunia and  the other hen is a Mille Fleur D'uccles named Dandy lion.  They are tiny bantams.

Sweet "Mim" is 90 Years Young!

We have had the Honor of being in "Mim's" life for the past three years.
She turned 90 on May 7.  It was fun to spend her birthday with her.
She now lives in a group home with 5 other people.  It has been such a privilege to get to know all the others that live with her as well as spend time with "Mim" each week in her new home.  God's timing is perfect!  Her home is Beautiful!

Surprise!!

WE gathered the family together for my parents 60th wedding anniversary!
We finally did it!  We surprised my Mom!  She may try to say she knew something was up.  But don't believe her :)  She had no idea.  Dad was surprised too!
Spent the weekend together and had a Blast.  Took the ferry to San Francisco and had a
seafood lunch over looking the water.

The months Flew by!

Just a glimpse of what we have been doing! 
January we had a Super Bowl party at Uncle's made cookies.
February we made these cute gumball machines with hugs and kisses.
March for my birthday we packed a picnic lunch and went to the Irish festival in Fountain hills and watched the fountain shower green up in the air.
I love the park in Fountain Hills it is my favorite.  They have wonderful statues all around.  This special memorial honors our service people. It was a beautiful day.
Puppy sitting for Kylee!  Kash (golden retriever pup) is a new addition to her life and
ours.  I was exhausted after his visit!  Ha Ha

There is a STRONG Bond between brothers that you can't explain.  They depend on each other through thick and thin.  They rely on each other no matter what!  It is really strong.  We honor that Special Relationship.  We admire it! Mike and Babe God Bless you and Happy Birthday!

Papa is in Heaven!

Monte Ray Lowe peacefully went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2015.

Precious Lord, we know that you have prepared the most wonderful place for us when we leave our loved ones.  Please give our Family Peace and comfort.  Cover us all like a warm blanket right now and give us peace knowing that Monte, a wonderful Husband, Father, and Papa went to be with you! We also ask that your Spirit give us Hope. We pray that we would feel your presence and Blessings amongst the sadness.  Comfort us in the days ahead as we grieve and that we would find Joy in the sadness.  Surround us Lord with your Love.  Give us strength in the days to come! Help our family support one another as we grieve. We thank you Father that you take Good care of us. Thank you that you have prepared a place for Monte!
