Paul John Svenson 81 years young!
December 6, My dad celebrated his 81st birthday..He is doing great! Yes, he may have a bum hip and some aches and pains here and there. But, He is a chip off the old block. We shared how much we love him and what is special about him.. Mike said he sneezes louder than anyone he knows Ha Ha! We had Fatso's Pizza with salad and a Lemon cake with ginger snaps. Family fun!

Halloween 2011
We had a fun night... Cooked some White beans & Chicken Chili with fall mousse parfaits
Hannah dressed up like Little Red Riding hood. Could not find a costume anywhere that was appropriate for a 9 year old. So we made the costume with a little help... I found a red cape and added a hood... the skirt with the bib I made. Found a cute blouse at gently used store.

Happy Birthday Melissa!
Mini Apple pies
Painted Pumpkins this year...

Sunday evening we had a fire in our portable fire pit.. Thanks to my mom we are enjoying many fun memories around the fire. I grew up with a fire pit in the backyard and I loved every minute of it. We roasted hot dogs and had chili in the crock pot. I made little fall apple pies for Melissa for her birthday. Roasted the biggest marshmallows in the world! and of course made smores!
Ohhh! Yummy for our tummies!

Fall Sleepover
Hannah's dear friend Victoria is moving to Logan, Utah... Boo Hoo!
They leave on Saturday..So we had a sleepover and the girls had a lot of fun. They made a tent in the living room and slept in it. They decorated little plastic pumpkins with fall paper and glued the paper on the outside. Went swimming at the pool at Mike's work. Temps in Phoenix 95 degrees. Created owl ice cream sandwiches. I got the idea from taste of home magazine.
We are really gonna miss the Headley's.
